exam short case paed!!!!!

lamanya tak menulis..
nak tulis..tp tak sempat..
pagi..730am dah g hkb..then ptg lak g teaching kat husm..
arggghh...penatttt..
tapi tak kuwus2 gak(_^_)
ermm..dis week exam end posting paed..serentak ngan dak 4th year..
rini short case..esok meq..
aku exam kul 245pm td..supposedly..
ngan prof nik zainal..yg ensem..bermata hazel..waa..bak kataku kat zati..kalo nak jd bini no 2 pun..
cari org mcm ni berbaloi..ahakss..u have to think twice=)
last year pun exam ngan dia..
and he gave me nephrotic syndrome..
and today..he gave me CRHD!!..chronic rheumatic heart dz..
mula2 prof tanya..have u examine dis patient..aku ckp..nop..
actually..just ascultate jer..tak penah examine properly...
so i wont dig my own grave...cos tak tahu sgt finding dia...
then..start examine..jumpa la 2 murmur..
one on mitral area which is pansystolic murmur and the other one is early diastolic murmur best heard at lower left sternal edge..
actually, i've miss one murmur..ejection systolic murmur..huhuhu
tak perasan la..maybe grade 2 or 3..sedisssss...
ermmm..pastu prof tanya pasla CRHD la..and aku pun taknak comment pasal tu.
he asked regarding complication and management..ermmm
pastu hbsss....ingat prof nak tanya osce..then dia suh panggil jimin..
hopefully prof yg ensem lg baek ni akan luluskan aku..ameen..
ermmm..nak tito n sat g nak baca thyphoid.Salmonella thypi..here i come..huahua..
